Last expansion I managed to get 12-2 underground arena run and DIDN’T get my two golden packs… I wrote at least 5 times the same post since then but no one cares it seems… this is complete joke, a lot of the people that work there are not professional… that makes me frustrated and my desire to play this game goes away by the day… I’M STILL WAITING for my 2 golden packs!!!
tell them u will pay for it and u will get answer in 2 minutes
