YouTube drops granted, but not delivered

I watched stream on YouTube for more than 4 hours and I’ve been told that I got the drops, but they are not delivered yet. Also I’ve been told that I connected YouTube account and Blizzard account correctly so I don’t know what is the problem.

May I ask where does it say you got drops?

I was told so by Blizzard GM Kratomato.

I logged in half an hour ago and got the drops, so I’m fine.
