31 intentional deaths but no ban/kick?

So I am in a Storm League game we are all in gold, one user “Priest#22650” chooses Leoric and goes to the enemy towers right from the beginning of the game suicides and spends the next 18 minutes of the game suiciding.

Everyone reported him but the game kept just going on and on and he wouldn’t get kicked, why didn’t he get kicked? I don’t understand. It’s not fair that we lose rank because of trolls, fine give the points to the opposing team but why should we suffer because of trolls?

I can provide screen shots and replay if you want to see.

I think it would be hard for blizzard to implement some sort of kick-system where you would get kicked out of the game. But the lack of bans, atleast for lets say a week or month is from my experience and understanding seriously lacking.

I strongly believe that the lack of temporarily banning people for toxcicity such as trolling and other offense contribute to a much more toxic environment. I’m not that knowledgeable in how the moderators implement punishment for these kinds of behaviours but am of the opinion that it is long overdue for them to be more punishing when it comes to actually punishing people in a way that counts (and not just silencing them) who act in bad faith.
