I don’t know how I can help you. Maybe you modified some folders. If you have time and when you have exhausted all the solutions, reinstall. Else you might try to delete the cache, look it up on the support page.

The game is going to sh!t. Ranked matchmaking is going to sh!ts and you sit there defending the piece of sh!t team which does NOTHING. According to them, there are no problems with the ranked queue. Well, technically they are right because THERE IS NO RANKED QUEUE ANYMORE.
