I hope i won’t get perma banned since activision blizzard forums are very politically correct but i would like to ask in what rank could you expect people to focus dps instead of tanks? currently diamond and smurf accs on platinum
apparently players in diamond and bellow in this game like to focus tanks while the dps nuke them down, anyone know what the reason is for this?
This is an incorrect question. The premade five with the voice program will not play like monkeys and will OF COURSE ignore the thick classes.
You can put as much effort as you want, but in solo or even in [2] [3] [4] vs full 5 premade, you will NEVER win. You will come across your threshold of rank game and % of wins, above which you can not rise without full 5 premade.
The lower the skill of the game, the less the tank shall be focused. It is much easier and safer to kill a tank in terms of positioning, especially if the right damage is selected.

And this is complete nonsense. In no game STRICTLY 5 X 5 battle does not kill the first tank, the focus is always (ALWAYS) on the healers and killers. Control tank, but don’t focus on it. DPS for the thickest players like: DW / Yrel / Art as / Diablo goes only if they are very close to your group and they are alone.

I think that there are 3 exceptions - this is
1). Garrosh threw a tank under the allied towers
2). A tank or a Variant with an Abathur
3). The enemies in the team have a lot of tanks and bruisers.
Only in these three cases, it becomes logical to attack the tank, in the rest, ALL the FAT CLASSES are ignored and killed last.
