As title says. Been master for several seasons, every match went +248 in score.
Then finished my placement matches and got platinum 1?
Will there be a fix to this or?

Since you didnt state how many placement matches you won, its hard to say for sure. My first guess is that you missed the updates to ranked, especially the one where MMR for everyone at diamond 5 and above got clamped to diamond 5. This means that to the matchmaker you started your placement matches with diamond 5 MMR. Ending up one division lower after placement matches isn’t that weird. Last seasons GM#1 got placed in plat 1 too.
I wouldnt expect a fix since technically nothing is broken, however if youre unhappy with the decisions regarding the current ranked preseason youre well within your rights to voice that to the developers.
