Bring back ranked criteria to HOTS

please bring back the criteria of mastering at least 15 heroes at level 15, and for the player to be above 300 level and for the player to take 2 courses, one in strategy, the 2nd in math.

please teach players that level 21 is bigger than level 16.

I agree that ranked should have some minimum demands, but 15 heroes at 15 is gonna kill ranked, there simply isnt enough, 2 heroes at 15, of tank, bruiser, healer, ranged dps, and melee or support would be nice though.
