There are too many boosted noobs that need a demotion faster and many smurfs who need to get ranked up faster.
I suggest we change the +/- 200 point system to +/- 500 points so that half of the players in plat/low diamond rank can get demoted to silver/gold much faster and smurfs who are on suspension/perma ban can rank up to masters much faster.
