When you say you think something’s OP, what you’re really saying is “I don’t like this”. which usually just equates to you not understanding some part of what’s going on. I would suggest working on your own gameplay! 
The only other possibility is that you think you know how to balance the game better than the people with tons of real data and years of experience balancing the game… which frankly, is absurd! It’s like saying you could beat Mike Tyson in a fight x’) You don’t know what you’re taking about
