I have played this name for over six years and never experienced anyone getting a penalty for cursing in another language.
I can meet the same person over and over again.
Absolutely no BAN/Silence to curse in another langue!
I didn’t know Blizzard knew all languages in the world
and Voice chat using Click languages!

We investigate all reports to ensure no penalties are applied after false reports. Penalties are only applied when we can verify that forum rules have been broken. False reporting can lead to accounts being penalized the same as those violating other forum rules.
When it comes to offensive language, we look into every report regardless of the language spoken. This includes looking for curse words or other offensive languages. Using a different language than what is commonly spoken on a forum won’t prevent someone from being penalized for offensive chat.
