butcher has his counters. he s a qm stomper, but that s it. no need to nerf.
Butcher is a dumb hero, with a way to low difficulty level. Way to effective for the little efford he needs to put into it. You better have a counter ready and team mates with half a brain, otherwise every time he Presses E, he simply makes a kill.
And since he barely loses any blood on death these days, he is literally a ticking time bomb. Better finish butcher games within 15 minutes, because after that he just 2 shots your entire team.
Not OP if you fully commit to countering him. And there are plenty counters, but he sure doesn’t make HoTs a more fun/better game. In QM he is just one of those heroes that is a very safe pick. Chances you get countered are pretty low
