Earie silence of EU servers

So I made another acc since I was bored and went to play on USA server. The general chat is running as fast as twitch chat and they are talking about all sorts of things, but here nothing…during hero picks again nobody talks…game starts I muted my chat because I don’t want to get banned yet again.

Everything is so silent on EU servers, even though the queue times are even faster than what I got on US servers.

Shortest way to describe it to You:
Europe -----> 25+ languages ------> no-one want to talk in english -----> no teamplay ------> reports for any reason or leaving the game.

That situation lead to very funny situations - like that people in Euro are on higher micro level, but lower macro.
