seems to be happening at the same time every day. right when i want to play, seems to sort itself out around 8ish for me, but i have to get off around 9

Same here. I was logged in about 1 hour ago but had to restart my machine. No I get global_ping_timeout everytime on EU.

Is this full scale bug on EU? I haven’t been here for at least year, now I launched the game after too long pause and I got that ping timeout error. It asked me to login also and I had to choose EU server, but that must be because of the long pause (in case that has something to do with the error)
I just wanted to drop by here, and let you all know that we’re working on sorting this out as a very high priority.
If you encounter this error message please do not try to fix it via making changes to your computer or network - this is unfortunately not something that can be tackled in that way.

i noticed that logging into na server and then back to eu is helping
