I guess matchmaking gives me equal skill level players, but then they doing their part badly, starting complain about others in team, when I argue with them, they promise to report me. I can’t ignore them if MM works correctly. I just have feeling that will get ban soon.
I’d not afraid of chat block, but it’s account ban that is silly. Playing for 5 years, banned for getting fools in team or just endured them, what doesn’t satisfies at all. Anger helps to release bad emotions. I totally don’t see normal reason to make pink barbie world in game.

Worst case scenario, you will get muted for reports. To be honest I’ve noticed many players in QM who think that they are good, but in reality they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. And yes I have experienced, where you would try to kindly explain to them what they are doing wrong and how they should improve but what they do in return is toss insults around.
Maybe there was another wave of league players coming into HOTS because toxicity and incompetence definitely increased

Here is last ticket for this game I’ve sent. Expect answer like “you violated rules, bla-bla, no unban”
They provoke me by writing to the chat that other teammates play poorly. I write that he plays badly, not teammates. We fight, we report each other. I’m banned, but he is not. Because not numerous violations. I can’t help arguing with the people your matchmaking offers, but at the same time they play much worse than expected. I am removing this tolerant dump after 5 years of playing. I participated in student games to promote the game. And after 5 years of playing, it all ended with straining my ass for insults. Take an example from Dota. There, no one gives a ***, and game brings more money.
I have only seen someone get banned in HOTS a few times and all of those people were REALLY toxic. I can say that you are, but it does sound that you are toxic.
Valve does care about toxicity in dota. You might not think that if you have 2k behavior score
