Hey, I recently made a new account for storm league (created 1 week ago) I have played 58 games so far and won 50. The last day or 2 now that my MMR has spiked way above and beyond what my actual rank is I am unable to queue as a solo player into any game…as in it will just not place me in any game ( I am currently sat in a 2500 second long queue…which is more than 40 minutes)
I have tried multiple times to requeue or relog and it is not having any effect at all, when I play with others this is not an issue at all which leads me to believe it is an issue with my individual mmr. Thanks for taking a look
Yeah had to wait 10-15 minutes per placement game. Got placed Gold 4 as did a friend I played all placements with.
We were hoping q times would improve after placement because we should be able to be matched with the vast majority of players.
Currently at 1800 seconds and no game. I think something is definitely wrong here.
