I came across the “Icy Heroes” app and I was wondering if it was against the code of conduct? It doesn’t seem to provide any more information than the website, but it does provide an in-game overlay with adaptative talent suggestions.
Like in-game app or a phone app?
You got sites like Icy-Veins which i assume the app is based upon

It’s an in-game app which analyses your current build and your matchup and suggest talents based on that.
Nothing wrong with that, it would be like streaming and having high ranked viewers suggest talents for you while your playing.
Also a good way of learning to build around comps, when you start getting into that whole talent flow at what to pick when you meet this and that, and into your own comp, at that point ur probably gonna start disagreeing with the app at times, which is a good lesson tbh.
So i wouldn’t see that as a harmfull app in any way that would be bannable.
