Is Ranked system broken?

For the 1st time ever I have an opportunity to start new season on the 1st day. I thought it would be fun to get beyond Gold.
2 wins, 1 loss - I’m bronze 5. Question is WTH? It could mean my performance was under all possible standards. Which is not.
For example, my last match’s stats are:
Account Exp - 207k
Rank points - 66

Siege dmg - 135k (top 2)
Hero dmg - 116k (top 3)
Exp - 19k (top 3)
Victory.
And I get 66 Rank points. I would need to have approximately 16 WINS (no losses are allowed) just to finish 1 level of Bronze 5 to get to level 4. And I don’t mention times when I get 16 points even when my team wins.
How much time do I need to invest just to get to Gold? What kind of system is that? Any defeat punishes you with no mercy reducing points but when there was a good fight with a victory you get a barely tangible advance.

No wonder boring League of legends is more popular. Is it really that difficult to fix things? I’ve been playing HOTS for years and since the very beginning people were complaining that devs don’t care.

The rating system is pure fiction (fraud, garbage).
I’m stuck at 5 bronze forever!
For a win I get from 2 (2 points for a win CARL!!!) to 16 points.
They take away about the same.
Now I need to make from 400 to 50 wins on a winstreak!!! to get bronze 4 ahahahaha
I wrote to tech support and they responded not with an article from 2019 and with the words - we know about the problem and are working on it. Seriously? It just sounds like - we don’t give a sh, back off.

Yes I agree the ranking system doesn’t work properly, we shouldn’t get down ranked for losing a match, players should go up and down ranks on individual performance and I shouldn’t be grouped up with toxic players. I have entered many matches where I’ve done the max I can do and still lost and went down a rank and seasons exist for some reason, are blizzard going to explain why they suddenly exist and why our ranking suddenly gets wiped?
