Having played enough in Diablo 2 and the fact that long-range hero-killer heroes have not been added to Hots, I decided to come up with the concept of Matriarch Isendra, the elementalist mage. I do not know English very well, so if something is not clear, I will try to explain what I had in mind.

You gain additional 10 mana per level.
Isendra can change abilities in her slots by sending them into «book» (slots 1-6). When you change spell, it goes into preparation with duration 6 seconds. Spells in book cooldowns 2,5 times slower.
When you change spell, you should press on spell in book and then on spell slot what you prefer.
On Q, W, E buttons matches (1,2), (3,4), (5,6) buttons in Spellbook.
For each spell of certain element(Fire, Cold, Lightning) you gain +5% spell damage to this element.
Mana shield gains +1 to damage on 1 mana and +3% to proportion health/mana(50/50 -> 53/47)

Launch 6 ball lightning in 50°-60° cone what deal upon contact 50 damage per 0.25 seconds. Moves a little chaotic, like a in Diablo 2
Frozen Armor

Duration: 6 seconds
Isendra gains 50 kinetic armor and slows enemy what attacked you.
Silkweave Mesh Boots (passive)
Increases movement speed of character by 10% and for each 400(+3% per lvl) damage taken automatically(without cooldown and mana) activates Frost Nova, but in radius 4.
2 Tier:
Enchant
Manacost: 40
Cooldown: 25 seconds
Duration:6 seconds
Enchants weapon of allied hero by fire on 5 seconds, as a result upon attack hero do additional 75 damage in 3 seconds, you can stack up to 3 DOTs, but delay between DOT stacking is 0.5 seconds.
Quest: Deal by Lightning spells 10000 damage to heroes.
Reward: Static Field
Manacost: 50
Cooldown: 7 seconds
In radius of 6 meters Isendra releases waves of lightning, what deals 12.5% of current health damage.
For each Lightning spell you gain +2.5% damage.
Ice Blast
Manacost: 25
Cooldown: 2 seconds
Range: 10
Projectile speed: 10 per second
Fire missile toward an area, dealing 150 damage to the first enemy hit and slow him by 25% on 4 seconds
Death’s Fantom Dimensional Shard
Decreases your health by 100, changes your weapon to scepter, then attack range decreased to 2

Isendra launches Fireball, dealing 150 damage to the first enemy and 100 damage in radius of 3 around target.
Frozen Breathe
Manacost: 65
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Pronunciation duration: 0.5 seconds
Duration of spell: 2,5 seconds
Deactivateable
Isendra relesase from her mouth freezing breathe, what deals to enemies 50 damage per 0.25 seconds and slowing them by each tick by 5% up to 30%. During this spell hero can move, but with 70% of base speed. During the spell, hero can walk, but with 70% of his basic speed.
Lightning trap
Manacost: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Range: 8
Pronunciation duration: 0,5 seconds
Range of activating: 2 метра

Isendra invokes a meteor what falls and dealing in 1st radius 500 damage and 50 damage per 0,5 seconds in 2nd radius. 2nd radius also works in 1st radius.
Frozen Orb
Manacost: 100
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Range: 12
Pronunciation duration: 0.75 seconds
Radius of sphere: 2
Speed of sphere: 4 per seconds
Isendra invokes a sphere what shoots(take turns, clockwise) by 6 Frozen Blasts 3 times, dealing 50% of damage(with spell amplification) and in the end sphere explodes, dealing 300 dmg in radius 4.
Thunder Storm
Manacost: 100
Cooldown: 45 seconds
Radius of action with enemies: 7
Duration: 6 seconds
Self ability
Near Isendra spawns 5 lightning bolts what with interval 1 seconds deals 200 dmg to nearest target(with priority on heroes).
5 Tier:
Fire wall
Manacost: 75
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Range 10
Width and length: 1.5x6
Vector Casting
Isendra creates Fire Wall what deals 40 instants and 60 DOT damage(max number of stacks is 3) per 0,5 seconds on 2 seconds by touching this. Doesn’t prevent walking through it like a Tassadar wall.
Glacial Shard
Manacost: 60
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Range: 8
Speed of projectile: 8 per seconds
Isendra fires toward an area icy shard what with first contact with enemy roots him by 0,75 seconds and deals 120 dmg near it.
Chain Lightning
Manacost: 75
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Range: 7
Projectile speed: 7 per seconds
Isendra fires toward an area chain of lightnings what deals 55 dmg per 0,25 seconds and by touching first hero goes to another, but that spell cant go over to target what was already affected by this. In sum that ability does dmg to hero 5 times.
Magefist Light Gauntlets (passive)
For each 150 health you take you gain 50 mana.
6 Tier:
Hydra
Manacost: 100
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Isendra creates magic shield what absorbs 50% of incoming damage and converts in into damage to the mana, 3 dmg = 1 mana.
7 Tier:
Chaos Meteor(Meteor)
No more has pronunciation duration, flies 0.5 seconds faster, decreases cooldown by 10 seconds for each affected hero by 1st radius
Wisdom of Malah(Frozen Orb)
Now in the end of trail Frozen Orb creates zone of freezing with radius 5 what slows enemies up to 50%(than more you in this zone than more slow, max 50% you can get after 1,5 seconds of standing in in) and roots then by 1,5 seconds after standing in zone more than 2 seconds).
Ormus’s Madness(Thunder Storm)
Increases duration of spell by 2 seconds and next lightning strike increases by 20%
Wand of Lower Resist(active)
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Range: 10
Duration: 5 seconds
