Losing points without disconnecting

Hello

I want to report a serious bug. I was just starting ranked game and picked the first hero (Johanna)after waiting for my team mates to pick their heroes,suddenly the game disconnected and it says " don’t have leaver status" when i clearly was in the game and was typing to Lili to pick unstoppable talent. Now i’ve been deduced 400 points without any reason… im really agitated and this is not fair i need help getting those hard earned points back.

I have had something similar happen.
I was chosen to ban for the draft. I banned two heroes and was talking to my team. 3 of my teamates had picks shown but since I was in the top slot with nothing showing the draft ended. I was hit with “inactivity” and suffered a 500 point loss. How can I be inactive if I banned two heroes and was talking in chat Blizzard you knuckleheads?
