Not for the first time, I’ve been placed with players I have reported.
Not only that, today I have been placed with such a player IN THE VERY NEXT GAME.
If I took the time to report someone - it means I DON’T want to play with him.
Why torture players with placing them with other players they CLEARLY don’t want to play with?
(if it wasn’t clear - my suggestion is to make it impossible to be placed on the same team with someone you have reported.)

The problem is, that the player pool is really small.
Yup. small pool and reports, block and other actions do not prevent you from seeing them again. This is blizzards agenda in all their games. You must not be able to harass other players by blocking them and preventing them from matching with or against you.
