It is very difficult to do solo ranked with trolls and picks as of now. I think we need a clan system for ranked game. Instead of blizzard managing the trolls and afk, I think each clan leader can do the job.

Or you can find some people to play with in a pre-made party. You can always find people who are looking for a ranked party
