you must make new category of report.
44% of reports are because somebody pick valeera, nova, vikings or any other rare hero. Another 44% reports are because healer heal 2k less than other healer, or dps done 2k less dmg than other dps.
Only 2% reports are doing to real toxic chat.
You broken this game so much, that most players plays this game to only make reports.
I know that blizard workers are not so clever to focus this, but meybe when you begin punish false reports, or meybe ignore ppl who report 100% community, then the game will by better.
