just played with a person with following stats on Leoric stormleague (leo tower feeder):

0 wins
KDA: 0,01
Takedowns 8
so basicly someone who maybe played 1 game on leo for real (maybe).
and fed into towers with leo 49-50 games.
still not banned/removed/whatever - that is insane to me - especially when ingame the question pops up how effective the report system is. If the report system (you should not even need one - to filter out leo tower feeders) cant even ban that person - like whats going on…

Do you report people then go into the BLIZZARD offices to check whether they’ve been reported? WTF? Lol.
Stuff does happen to people when they’re reported but I’m not sure any thing should happen to them, you should just put them on ignore and they shouldn’t be able to play/chat with you in my opinion, that is all.
They might want to apologise or something after though so they should be able to request for an unban but I’m not sure what should happen to that notification, they might abuse the function and make it horrible for you to play the game.
We should be recieving emails and there should be an email/message system in-game notifying us about this. I don’t want for this company so no idea how to implement it.
