Hello.
I have played this game since Alpha and have accumulated a nice roster. Last year I moved to Europe and I was shocked to discover none of my progress works in the European servers. In this day and age where people can work remotely from anywhere in the world, it is a shame the same cannot be said about this game.
The fact that I have no heroes makes me want to play this game less. If I had retained my heroes, I’d be more likely to play and spend money. But having to purchase the same heroes I already own feels like a scam and I won’t do it. I am sure I am not the only lost player due to this. Please Blizzard, rethink this.
You can let people choose if they want to play in American, European or Asian servers as it is now, but please, attach progress to the account, not to the server selection.
