why always must play with from 1-100 lvl when im 1k+ they dont know any skill or know how to play
is just losing time and get annoyed make at least 300-500 lvl ± around your lvl to found teammates

It is possibly because not many people with your level are currently playing Quick Match
If you want more competent teammates I suggest you go play Ranked
is not that just is chance about of luck
