Random hero choice changes

Hello Blizz, i was wondering if it´s possible to buff or make more interesting the choice of a random hero? It is nice to be surprised and experiment a bit and I guess its generally better for the Match Making system that you can fill any role it needs? So what about some extra exp or some other rewards for that choice?

Also to be random at the loading screen as well so its a surprise for the opponent team as well until they see you in battle or smth?
What do you guys think?

Yeah, I definitely agree some extra options for the random pick would be benefitial, like “random healer” or “random tank” like you mention in your post.
As for keeping it random throughout the loading screen, I don’t think that’s a good idea because letting the player see the character as they’re loading in gives some time for the player to look up a guide/build for the character they’re playing.
