Would be nice to have the option of selecting a random profil picture because there are so many cool ones but i never use some of them sadly. Also the same would be nice to have for Sprays.

I agree - I want to select everything random. Why create such cute and unique items for us to not see them randomly with qm/unranked/ranked matches.
