Because it only bans ppl for “abusive chat” and never for the other reasons (afk, feeding, etc).
Abusive chat is something totally irrelevant and contributes very little to the outcome of the game.
Griefing, on the other hand, is what really ruins the game.
But because it is harder to investigate, it is never punished. It needs more than a bot that detects words like pussy or noob, so it never works… it`s just there for show.
This is why reporting system is utterly useless
