Blizzard something is wrong. 30 minute q’s in all regions at prime times is not right.
You say you are keeping a close eye on q times. Does your data include long waits that are cancelled?
I think this is why it does not look so bad to you guys. Wait too long and quit and it does not count as a long wait.
Heaps of players have either returned or resumed playing ranked and they have been burnt again. Please look into it.
Try to cancel the match when it takes too long or blips, and then restart the queue. It worked for me when it was taking too long but I have never waited 30min(what did you do, waited in front of the computer all that time).
In front of the computer yes but reading news feed stuff.
What rank r u in SL ?
Q solo = nightmare
Q above gold players = nightmare
Q for gold players 5 party = lesser nightmare
If you gold , get a bronze in party and Q = happy happy happy
