hi usually i lose a few matches cuz someone feels that he/she is being ignored and becomes toxic so usually i type"hi glhf pls no flaming no toxitivity" and so far no one has been toxic except only 1 match i wish that i can say this to enemies player before the match starts so they dont become bad players and dont make the game ez on us by basicly throwing it it will be kinda cool to talk to them and ask them to join you or you join them before and after the game(30 sec before the game starts and mvp screen) i rly hope hots family read this post and agree with me (sry for my english if it isnt good enough)

That honestly just sounds like a really far fetched made up reason to get all-chat implemented.
If you are sincere though it’s contradicting your intention, because all-chat is mostly going to be used for either saying “GG” at the end or toxicity.
There’s not much to be gained.
@MVP if you’d stop insulting other players ingame you wouldnt have a reason to come into this forum in order to spread lies and fearmongering-campaigns in order to get the silence-system removed.

Yeah, that’ll totally work. I mean, I had one game where this guy told me not to be toxic, and at some point I wanted to be toxic, but I remembered he told me not to, so I just decided that instead of being toxic I should just post rainbows in chat, because that will totally win my game.

I will say this… No.
Toxicity will spread faster with all chat, not slow it down.
It will however get more people together against annoying players but it will increaase toxicty over all since people will keep begging oppenents to report their allies.
Or infact more people will troll their oppenents to win the game. That’s all.
But overall I am not fully against it since you can make friends via your oppenent side too… so it’s more or less double sided.

Your english is fine, your usage of periods isn’t.
Your suggestion has several ramifications, and your statement you give in games isn’t required. Toxic people are going to be toxic, just like rapers are going to rape and murderers are going to murder. Instead of bad band-aid suggestions, time would be better spend at analyzing how toxicity starts and work towards fixing the rootcause.
That is quite correct, after the changes they made to the silence system, which were abysmally bad, typing in the chat only makes you eligible to automated false Abusive Chat reports. Way to go Blizzard.
I have heard it mentioned as “League of Lesbians” by an online friend of mine, but I fail to see the connection as the demographic is vastly male players. I might not know something here.
