I just go into a storm league game, the other team was banning and the counter went down to 0… And the game just stayed there. I could not chat with my group, but general chat and private message worked fine. I waited for 4 minutes but nothing happened. So i had to shut down the game. When i got back in, i had lost rank points. Thanks to the game not working. Similar things have happened earlier and it is really frustrating. This time im not having it, I want my points refunded. I have printscreens to confirm this.
