The level 10 boost

Sorry if this is not the right place for this, but I didn’t any that would be more fitting.

Anyway, I played last time 4 years ago, and downloaded the game again today. I got level 8, and quickly leveled up to level 10. In reward list it said I should get boost for 7 days, but I never did. On top bar it says boost is inactive, I’ve opened the loot box I got with level up, tried restarting game and whole battle.net, but it seems like the boost I was supposed to have is gone for forever.

Am I overlooking something simple? Clicking on boost it says it costs 400 gems, or whatever that currency is, I can’t find any “inbox” type of menu to activate it from either.

Just to be sure: You stopped playing before the transition to 2.0. Were u level 8 before you stopped playing or did u reach level 8 after the game recalculated your player level.

Was there actually a recalculation of your level?

You should create new account. Why?

  • Do it recruit a friend -style so you get free heroes and more boost time
  • It takes you only 5 mins to do it
  • Getting to level 10 takes 10 games.

4 years ago, he might have the alpha portrait, maybe beta portrait, thats something thats unopbtainable today
