So there is currently 15 maps (since the rotation there are 9 per something, not sure how often is the rotation changed) and I’ve been thinking for a while already if we could make a rotation on our own, including the Haunted Mines. For some people there are maps they like more than the other ones (I just haaaate Hanamura). So if we could choose a rotation of maps we would like to play (for QMs most), it would be a very convinient thing (imo), +beloved by many Haunted Mines would be playable once again.
So, as an example: option: choose your map rotation, and there we check x+ (for example x=8) positions, since there is said not many players play HotS these days. For me it would be Alterac Pass, Volskaya Foundry, Haunted Mines, Towers of Doom, Infernal Shrines, Battlefield of Eternity, Dragon Shire and Warhead Junction. It is not a hard thing to be added, and would make the gameplay experience more pleasant, without quote ‘Ah, Sky Temple, here we go again…’ before every 4th match.

Hanamura is so terrible right now
Which is quite sad because it was so good when it first came out
It was unique and fun to play
Now it feels generic and extremely tedious to go through
And as far as I know Haunted Mines is still been removed from all queues entirely so it will not make a comeback until after it has been modified yet again
Remove Hanamura please, worst map ever designed. It’s just garbage.
