He hasn’t really been updated since April 2016 when his talents were balanced. Since them dozens of heroes have been released that outclass him.
His core of an auto-attack hero that confuses opponents’ skill shots by switching sides is outdated as there’s an excess of heroes with good cc, mobility options, and good range attacks to keep him at bay, making his trait vanilla.
He definitely needs a rework before he gets forgotten.
