What is the cast time of instant skills in this game? Do we have to guess it or we can see it somewhere?
Come on … someone? Does this mean that nobody knows the cast time of skills? No wonder this game is abandoned!!!
Its instant like come on. 
Do you know the answer or not? If not, don’t speak!!! There is a cast time of instant skills and nobody knows what it is. If there is NO CAST TIME, then how can you interrupt an instant skill?
Blizzard devs, that are left to keep this c.r.a.p. of a game somehow alive, have no idea wth is going on … they just add bugs with every patch.
