Qhira is simply a large health pool, burst damage, good self-heal monster (Qhira has a larger health pool than Valeera, which is insane). When you get hit by her chain, her combo will easily make you into almost no health. Even a front-line cannot sustain her attack. She just jump in and out, even into the tower, without any hard punishment. I tried tens of games against her and most of the games went to losses. I most often play as Li Ming in the games and found Li Ming could better survive against Qhira as long as you can blink away when she tries to chain you. However, heroes like Kealthus or Jaina, were quickly destoyed by Qhira which lead to losses in team fights.
I understand every new hero become an op right after the initial release. But this time Qhira breaks the balance too much and I hope Blizzard can add the ban feature in QM so that I can ban Qhira in QM.
Ranked and Unranked Draft are the only two places that allow banning
I suggest you go there if you want Qhira banned as Quick Match is a place where people want to try out new heroes
