1 player in voice chat

When i play Overwatch, i have a bug which shows that there is only 1 players in the voice chat even if I leave. I cant play competitive due to this issue and I’ve tried many solutions and none worked.
I cant speak there or hear (because there is no one there). I’ve never seen someone with this issue.

Any chance you could list the steps you already tried, BlackMamba?

The behaviour you described looks quite similar to a problem with 0 players in chat (a player made a post here with a pretty amazing gif).
As these “oddities” are often caused by settings/configuration, knowing what you already tried could help to pin-point the cause of the issue.

I tried re-enabling the mic, restart the game, restart the wifi, restarting the pc, configured router and firewall Ports, setting secondary logon to automatic. There might be more that i just dont remember. Thanks

What OS are you using?

Could you please double-check the default device set up in Windows (right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray and select Recording Devices)?
If you are using Windows 10, make sure voice chat has the permission to access your mic/headsets. You can do it by opening the Start menu > Privacy > Microphone and toggle Let apps use my microphone to on.

Try also these steps:

  1. Close the game and the exit the Blizzard Battle.net application
  2. Right click on the speaker icon in your system tray
  3. Left click on playback devices
  4. Double click your headset model to enter properties
  5. In the advanced tab, select a format such as the 44100Hz and click apply
  6. Mirror the configuration in recording devices
  7. Open Overwatch and try again
