2017 hat player icon available in anniversary lootboxes?

Will the 2017 hat player icon be available in anniversary lootboxes? It is the only player icon I did not get during the winter event in 2017 although I was playing at that time and most of my friends have it. I was hoping to get it during the 2018 winter event but it was apparently not available in lootboxes.

From what I know all items from past events will be available, so that includes the hat you’re talking about!

Please don’t kill me if I don’t turn out right! :wink:

I will write an angry letter to Jeff if it turns out to be unavailable! In the developer update he clearly stated that every cosmetic item from past events will be available.

its almost a month before the Christmas, so:
Dear Santa Jeff,
I have been trying be very good this year. Week ago i go last skin and now (exept owl and top500) i havent only ashe items and 2017 hat profile icon. Its doubly sad, becouse at first winter wonderland i buy 50 lootboxes :confused:
So, dear Santa Jeff, i would like most this Christmas is receive 2017 hat profile icon :slight_smile: And i promise be not toxic and good teammate all next year :blush:
