It’s Moira. On comp mode our Moira doesn’t heals us she just attacks on our enemies also if she uses her ult she attacks but she can’t kill them so easily thats a stupid hero was added just for heals her team and not to attack her enemy. Jeff do something smart to fix her and thank you
That’s not a matter of balance, it’s a matter of players not playing the hero correctly. Moiras purpose is to teach players when and when not to be off dealing damage. That’s her purpose.
It’s the same with Brig trying to teach players to not engage her in melee. Designers put heroes like these in the game on purpose, so that players can make mistake after mistake until they (hopefully) learn.
