Hello!
So far this season we’ve gotten four (4) Epic Lootboxes. One from Twitch Drops, two from Stadium and another one from Classic Event Mode.
Epic Lootboxes guarantee that you’ll get at least one (1) Epic Item within, and a guaranteed Legendary Item after opening four (4) of them as they equal twenty (20) normal Lootboxes.
Opening my fourth Lootbox I got my Legendary! But where was my guarantee Epic Item? Nowhere to be found. There’s nothing that says the guaranteed Legendary supersedes the Epic, which wouldn’t make sense neither to be honest; it’s not a normal Lootbox after all. It should guarantee BOTH the Epic and Legendary.
My guess; it’s a bug. And I don’t think we’ll get compensated for such a “minor” issue, which is a bummer. I was looking forward to those little items as they are mostly store items for me, as I’ve been playing since 2017 I have most if not all OW1 Items.
