You get 8h ban from what? 1 is 10min, then next is 30min i think then 1h. How many times you have to bang your head to the wall and just dont que to comp until resolved?

i played 2-3 games then disc again , 2-3 games then disc again. I opened a ticket and I get this sheet:

"Thanks for your ticket.

I’m sorry to hear you incurred a penalty for leaving games due to an accidental disconnect or crash on your end. These penalties exist to discourage players from leaving matches early, but since we cannot distinguish between a genuine disconnect or a player pulling their internet cable out we must apply these penalties equally to anyone leaving games. We understand that may feel unfair, but we also must consider the impact on your fellow team mates who are now stuck without their 6th player, and the opposite team whose exciting game has been turned into an unfair and unbalanced match.

Because these concerns are paramount to us, along with the above fact we cannot distinguish between an accidental crash/disconnect and players leaving a match intentionally to troll, throw matches, or wishing to avoid a tough opponent, we never overturn these suspensions for any reason.

You can see how long you’ve been suspended for by checking the Competitive match options – we start off with small time-outs and warnings before things escalate up to and including a full suspension from the rest of the Competitive Season."

well its the principle for real … and u cant just say that because then it just shows how little u know blizzard, they help’d you with EVERYTHING before like even free gametime and stuff that you really should not get the point is i see exactly what he means so yeah go look at all the forums and see for yourself, aint to many people happy with them, and with good reason when there is many like me who have played since 23. november 2004 the DAY warcraft had its 10th anniversary and we have spent ALOT of money over the years so is it so wierd that he reacts a little bit ? just sayin u know :wink:
