How i found him:
we where losing on defence… we had 1 tank. and he was spamming for a second tank. Nobody listend to him.
Half way game he said “fine then i wont tank anymore”. And he swtich to Doomfist.
I was afraid this guy was giving up… to be sure i check out his profile to see his win rate and playtime on doom fist.
and i saw he playd 9 hours of ranked games on doomfist with 5% win rate!!!
May i remind you… he dident like our comp… so he intentionaly swtich out the only tank we had for doomfist.
Intentionaly making our comp even worse.
This guy INTENTIONLY made us lose just because he dident like our comp…
and he did this for 9 hours in rank game play…
how is this guy not bannend yet?
he even wrote in chat. “they can see in gameplay i play normal… so they cant ban me”
After the game i told this in chat. trying to get players to report him. But nobody was interested in what i had to say.
So this guy can troll games for ever… and not get a single punishment or report just because he’s not flaming or harassing… when in reality he makes team activly lose.
This was in mid gold btw… so he is not just some guy not knowing how the game works.
he had a silver border to so he’s lvl 600+
In short:
He dont like what is hapening in his own team. So he swtich to his troll 5% hero. and keeps destroying rank games over and over for 9 hours intentional. and no ban.

I’m sorry, but if he was asking for a second tank and nobody listened to him or respond to him in a way that would satisfy his requests, then from his perspective, the five of you were the ones trolling him.
I don’t know what tank he played, but it’s fairly normal for main tanks to want an offtank or peeler and vice versa, so why didn’t you or anyone else switch or reply? After all, the guy did make an effort where you and the rest seemed to have made none.
As an off-tank main, I always ask for a second tank. I won’t switch off Zarya if my team doesn’t respond, but at the same time I let them know that in my experience, solo tanking has a higher chance of a loss than having 2 tanks.
I’m pretty much spelling it out for my random team in the most basic way possible. If they still decide to leave the spawn room with only me as tank, so be it. If we lose, we lose.
I expect nothing from 5 strangers in this game. Hence why when I solo queue, I just go with the flow and don’t stress. When stacked up with friends, we always switch and adapt to any given situation which is great, but soloing, I can’t expect this from strangers.

Not all times a second tank is needed a 3-2-1 is quite a do-able thing. 3 support -2 DPS and 1 tank. Be it the tank is someone good and one of the supports is a brigette. [She acts well in a 3-2-1]
I’m sure nobody wants players like that. Sure it would have been nice if one of you 5 switched to a second tank, but if I ask for a second tank, and nobody knows how to, I’m not going to sulk or switch off and throw. That’s just silly.
I would have reported him and just moved on. There’s much, much worse things happening in the game than this my friend. Racism, bullying, harassment, etc.
A player like that won’t last long before accumulating enough reports resulting in a short ban. If he carries on doing that, karma will catch up.
Answer my question. Do not dance around the facts trying to make it sound you were in the right when right now, it looks like you and your teamies were on the wrong.
Why didn’t you or anybody reply or switch?
If you’d have given him no reason to switch off the tank by just replying to him or switching to a second tank, you wouldn’t have had to make this thread.
thats the thing… doomfist is not knows as a troll hero. and he was not harassing or flaming… he just swtich to his troll hero… and kept playing (faking normal play)…
most players dont watch his profile… most players wont ever see he was 9 hours with 5% win rate…
most players think he is just bad or dont even notice he is doing something strange…
he wont get reported… this is the problem…
he found a way to destroy the game… and nobody notice anything
Well, what if none of the 5 knew how to play tank? What if you’re in a team where nobody except you can play tank? It happens to me all the time. I don’t switch and throw, I still try my best.
That’s why I want to know: Did anybody answer the guy asking?
If you read the original post, it looks like this guy asked for a second tank and everybody, including the topic starter, just ignored him untill he got fed up. I know I’d do the same, if nobody seemed to care and just stuck to what they wanted to play, then why should I be the one trying to reach out and work overtime to help these people win?
i dont care what the comp is man… i won with 5 dps and 1 healer few times.

not getting your perfect comp is no reason to intentionaly play to lose…

I know how it feels. Half of my comp games, nobody is in vc, so i get fed up and leave vc and just focus on my own game.
Not as prevelant, but almost as annoying, is when I have to solo tank as Zarya, but never have I or will I throw just because 5 strangers aren’t answering me or can’t actually play tank. In those situations, I think to myself, “okay, you know this game is going to be harder than normal, only one tank, nobody in vc, no team work, so be it”.
I know the chances of a win are reduced in those situations, but am I going to give up and throw and lose sr, or am I going to accept the fact that it’s an uphill battle and still try?
As much as I agree, it still doesn’t justify his behaviour. If I were in his position, I’d just suck it up and keep going. Not like switching is going to change the match’s outcome
The fact you avoid the question makes it abundantly clear to me that you and the four others did or said nothing while that one tank was trying to do his job.
I don’t care about the comp either, I don’t champion the holy 2-2-2 and I don’t force people into doing things they don’t want or can’t do. What I DO care about is having the decency to answer like a decent human being.
You treated this guy who was trying to do his job like a reject by not answering him and now you’re hopping onto the forums to drag him through the dirt some more anonymously and to promote reporting people that try and put in some effort instead of just communicating with them like a fellow human being.

I am saying you should have at least answered him and explained to him why you didn’t want, or could not switch instead of crying on the forums. Of course that guy won’t get banned, because the way you tell the story, he is right.
Should he have thrown? Nah… But could one of you at least have answered the man or switched to offtank/maintank? Definately yes. 5 people being horribly indecent and wrong versus 1 guy that gave the 5 of you a decent chance before simply giving up.

To be honest, he may not have been throwing for nine hours. He may have been trying to win, but as it’s kind of impossible to win with a Doomfist on the team it’s not strange he’s got such a low win%.
He may have simply decided that he didn’t give a fvck anymore, since noone else did, and just went ahead and played his favorite hero. And to be honest, +1 on Gkiritz (spelling?)
Well… You decide you want to have two damage dealers for your team. You get two damage dealers. You’re happy. You queue up, and since everyone is running full stacks thanks to LFG you get a match after five seconds. You’re super stoked about having a group you can play a bunch of games with and have a nice starting template, and start fantasizing about how you in a few hours will be able to coordinate dives and set up complicated splits. After smiling at the thought for a little while you hear “Prepare to attack”, and snap out of it. Time to get to work. You look at the hero selection screen, prepared to pick a tank that complements your dps heroes. Then you see it.
