A couple suggestions to trim game duration & help defense players :3

Dear Blizzard :3

May I suggest letting defending players spawn closer to the objective they’ll be defending when the game starts, to avoid cases where some players are semi-afk, or have long loading times, and arrive late to the first team-fight? :3

Maybe that could also let you reduce prepration time by like another five seconds too, to reduce queue times a bit more :3

Oh also, I never figured why the end screens after a game (cards, xp gain & career stat comparison) were so long? :0 I suspect most people skip them to join the next match faster, so why not trim time off of those screens too? :3

Maybe as well as shortening, could rearrange the end screen so sr changes are earlier in the sequence for people who want to see that and leave quick as well?
Cant go wrong with cutting downtime off dps queues
