Please read before you begin throwing your deluded statements, how you can’t hit anything cause her scope movement is broken. It isn’t. I have 6k hours in CS and have always been an aim oriented player. I focus strictly on my mechanics. If there’s anyone you should listen to regarding this whole non-existent issue, it’s me.
Now, there is no issue, related to movement. I have been playing her on HS FFAs for a while and I’ll admit, it took me a solid while to get used to her. But now I can safely confirm, her scoped in movement is 100% perfectly fine.
Let me elaborate on why many of you are struggling.
It’s simply a matter of distance translation. Ashe’s FOV differs from widow’s. This means that if you set her scope sensitivity to the same as on widow, the on screen distance > mouse movement distance ratio will differ. It will feel rather slow in comparison as her FOV is bigger. If you do not care about sensitivity much and play default settings, you will still struggle. Your brain translates distance on screen. This is why changing from 16:9 to 4:3 stretched completely messes up everyone’s muscle memory. Because although the angles remain the same, the distance on screen becomes different.
If you google ‘stretched res different mouse feel’, one of the results explains why this happens. The same idea applies to FOV. Playing with a different FOV will result in a different feel.
So, how do you go about making Ashe as comfortable for your muscle memory as possible? Take your widow scope sensitivity, and up it by an FOV ratio.

Now, I am aware of some minor factors, such as her viewmodel bob settings making it move quite a bit, especially during jumping. These minor things however, will not have drastic impact on your aim. Not to the point where you can go around complaining her scope is not working. It is, you’re just not good at her. I find the claims that people can’t hit shots with her despite aiming well to be quite ridiculous. When it comes to precise scope shots, you will likely not be able to notice by how much your aim was off. That is, if you flick fast enough. We often get the feeling that our flick was flawless, because our muscle memory tells us so, but it might not be the case. The flick could easily be offset by a few pixels. Rather than throwing empty claims and excuses, try to improve your aim.
Now, there’s a big issue, that’s not related to the movement. It’s the quick scope delay. If you shoot scoped, unscope and then scope back, the delay between the next shot you can make is much bigger than her normal between-shot delay. This makes quick scoping basically impossible. Sadly, it means that she becomes quite a stationary sniper. I was hoping to see her in a more dynamic setting, quickly altering between hip fire and scopes. This could result in some insane gameplay, but this simply isn’t the case. Hopefully, the delay after scoping will get cut down to her standard delay between scoped shots and quick scoping will become a thing, as it should on a medium range sniper. She is literally made for that kind of playstyle in my opinion.
