Been using a Deathadder for the past 6-7 years. Iāll never use a different gaming mouse. Itās the perfect shape for my hands, just a couple of side buttons, nothing crazy, good quality, canāt really ask for more for $50-60.
Iāve always found Logitech and Corsair models a little too small for my hands.
Iāve just stumbled upon a relatively new wireless mouse the Logitech G Pro Wireless (click for review) which seems to be a good step towards better gaming mice. It eliminates one of the problems I have with wireless gaming mice: itās weight is 80g (not the usual 100+g).
Itās size and shape seems to be similar to that of Zowie FK1 (too large for me) and itās higher which actually makes it very different from FK1 grabstylewise.
This means that Iām still waiting for a wireless gaming mouse that has the right size/shape and has a wireless technology that is fast enough and proven to have no serious security issues. Maybe I should start researching and prototyping myself, there seems to be a gap on the marketā¦
Whatās your fav mouse? If you think the Logitechs and Zowies are too big, really, try a Sensei 310.
Or keep using the mouse you have, as the Sensei isnāt wireless either
I like the simple Sensei 310 design but find some other mice more comfortable.
My personal favourite is Zowie FK2 (the smaller version of FK1 despite the higher number) which is relatively small and lightweight (compared to other gaming mice) with exceptionally good shape for my grab/aim style. I also like itās simplicity (black without leds) and sturdy build but some people use/exploit this to describe it as ācheapoā which is definitely not the case.
The reason why so many people like Zowie mice is that they have exceptionally good shapes (despite looking very simple and similar to cheaper office-mice) and available for many different hand sizes and grab styles.
