Ability timer ring opacity

Hello guys,

does anybody know what the new settings does? " ABILITY TIMER RING OPACITY "

you can find the settings under Gameplay

Is it new, or old setting?

The only Ring type indicator for abilities in both OW and OW2 is for Ultimate, but I’ve checked it doesn’t work on it, so maybe it’s some dead setting which they didn’t bother to remove, or it’s for future update.

probably will be usable once ow2 pvp comes

I’ve just worked out what it is; it’s for abilities like Echo and D.va’s flight duration, and Orisa’s Fortify.
