ACCOUNT HACKED. Support tickets not being responded

DISCLAIMER: I’m only taking this to the forums because I’ve submitted 3 TICKETS thus far, 2 of them disappeared after 24+hrs without response, and the third one being submitted today.

My blizzard account’s email was changed in October. I wasn’t playing Overwatch at the time and I paid no attention to my inbox so I didn’t notice. I didn’t have my phone number linked with my account, so I can’t recover it that way.

I have a current pending ticket with an official ID to prove my identity and my original account email. Blizzard, please respond to my ticket.

Note: This should be obvious but I created a new account to submit the tickets and to make this post.

Imagine not to have Authenticator on phone, weak password, weak defense etc. in 2020.

We have actually replied to tickets that were made on the 28th and on the 30th of November, it seems that they are being made in the US region however.

You should be able to see the responses from here. Check the Active and Archived tickets as well.

For your latest ticket, as far as I can tell, we are in the process of responding to it, apologies for the waiting time on this, we’ll try to get to you as soon as possible.
