Account Merge Not Working

I have an existing OW1 account at around level 800. I have just managed to get into OW2 and my account has not set up itself despite being on the same Xbox Live account. I have linked it to the battle.net account that it was linked to and it has not given me anything back. No heroes, no cosmetics, not even my name. I am trying to click on the account merge button on the main screen and it makes a noise but does not take me anywhere and nothing happens at all. Please fix this, as I do not want to have to win 50 games and play 150 to unlock competitive and all heroes.

same thing happened to me and whenever i click merge acount in game nothing happens i play on xbox my username is “ttv zld” if u get this fixed please message me

Same here I’m merging the PS4 to Pc Battlenet and its stuck in the Queue and isn’t merging the accounts at all.

I have the same problem i did everything and its just not woking

I have the same issue when switching from xbox to pc, I’ve lost all my progress and have no heroes

Same issue as the author. On Xbox pressing the account merge button and making a sound with nothing popping up, same battlenet account already set up. Whereas my brother has the ability to merge with his account.

I am also having issues merging my account, It has been stuck at " Ready for mitigation" for over 24 hours despite saying it should take less than one minute. I’ve restarted the game multiple times.

this is a known issue and is currently being investigated.

Known Launch Issues

  • Some players who merged their PC and console accounts are seeing an “Unexpected Server Error”
  • Some cosmetics, items, and currency that players own are not showing up in their collections
  • Some players are experiencing server disconnects

Let me know when this is fixed. This is massive hindrance to my enjoyment of the game. I also cannot select my merge account button on the main menu. Thank you for looking at our issue!
