I bought the game some time ago I played it then suddenly I couldn’t play it anymore it gives me an error and says account missing overwatch license. I have played before on the account

My son seems to suffer the same problem.
He bought Overwatch some time ago with the email-adress: [EDIT], however this email adress is not active anymore, and his new blizzard-login mail: [EDIT], does apparently not have the license connected, Any chance you can help him with this?
