Hello everyone , today i logged into overwatch per usual. Once on signing in I was met with an account suspension error on my my screen, so I went on battle net to see my account status and it still reads active? Please help I’ve tried relogging and even changing my password!

try logging in on another account, if you have one.
you probably are suspended… but the application has bugged.
does it say anything on battlenet?

I have opened a ticket 3 days ago the game master responded that he needs my new email to recover my account and now i have provided him the new email but he is not responding its literally 1 step to get my account back the issue id is EU93364882 please can some support assisstant get a game master to respond to me. Thank you
You might have been put back into queue. They’ll get back to you eventually, even if it takes a bit longer.
Very likely hundreds of thousands of tickets are waiting for answers.
